Cancellation Policy
Refund & Rescheduling Policy Can I reschedule my lesson or plan? Yes—rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice. Anything less is considered a late cancellation and will be forfeited. To reschedule, email support@she-shredz.com with your name, booking details, and preferred new time. Can I get a refund? Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided no services have been delivered. Once an online lesson or service has been completed, the plan is considered fulfilled and non-refundable. What if I cancel before using my plan? Unused plans or sessions may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a 40% restock fee. This fee covers curated research, instructor prep, and custom scheduling—each plan is built for you, not pulled off a shelf. Do my lessons or plans expire? Yes—all services must be used by April 15, 2026. No rollovers. No extensions. This ensures seasonal relevance and instructor availability. Why such strict policies?
