Multiple dates, same program? Add all dates in one submission and note them clearly in the description.

Different locations or different program types? Submit a separate form for each — it helps us feature and categorize everything correctly.

Photos are required. If you don’t have them yet, tell us what’s coming — we just need to understand the energy and the terrain.

Partners: If you’d like stickers or small merch for your women’s groups, there’s a spot in the form to request it. We’ll reach out if it’s a fit.

Ready to Submit? Here's What You'll Need: 

• Dates (single or multiple)

• Level + discipline

• Women‑led qualifications (AMGA/IFMGA, AIARE, PSIA/AASI, etc.)

• Pricing

• 1–2 photos (or a note about what’s coming)

• Short description of the program

• Any partner requests (stickers, merch, co‑host interest)

What Happens After You Submit

• We begin reviewing all submissions on July 21

• Listings begin going live on August 1

• All programs are highlighted through the fall as women begin planning earlier each year

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your listing is approved

• If you need to update, correct, or edit your listing, just reach out — we’re happy to help
