BASELINE CONCUSSION ASSESSMENT 

App-based testing supervised by a physical therapist ensures accurate and convenient assessments. Post-injury testing can be completed remotely, allowing you to stay on track from anywhere. Based on your test results, a tailored protocol is implemented—including additional therapy if needed, referrals to a medical doctor, and a symptom- and activity-guided step-by-step return-to-play plan.

GENERAL ASSESSMENT (IN-PERSON OR VIRTUAL) 

Kick off your season with a comprehensive ski-specific assessment from Ascent Tahoe, in partnership with She-Shredz. Whether you’re prepping for your first run or aiming to crush your backcountry goals, our one-on-one evaluation identifies key movement patterns, strength gaps, and mobility limits that matter on the mountain. We’ll use these insights to build a personalized plan to keep you strong, agile, and injury-free all season long. Prefer hands-on?
